How to Apply Your Weight Loss Patch
Follow these simple steps to ensure the best results from your Health and Vitals Weight Loss Patches:
1. Clean & Dry the Skin
- Choose a clean, dry, and hair-free area for best adhesion.
- Avoid areas with excessive moisture or oils to ensure the patch sticks properly.
2. Recommended Placement Areas
- Lower abdomen
- Upper arm

3. Apply the Patch
